About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Anaplan Consultant with a passion for continuous improvement, client engagement, and planning excellence. If you’re ready to take ownership of live models, optimize performance, and make a real impact for clients—this is your opportunity.

Whether you’re building on a foundation of Anaplan experience or looking to deepen your skills in a high-impact, client-facing environment, this role offers room to grow. You’ll support and enhance supply chain planning models for leading organizations, troubleshoot issues, implement smart improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients get the most from their Anaplan investment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, highly skilled Anaplan team—working alongside experienced Solution Architects and Senior Model Builders who are eager to support your growth. Together, you’ll co-create technically sound, business-driven solutions that drive real impact. This role is a blend of technical execution, analytical problem-solving, and relationship-building, all within a team environment designed to help you thrive and advance your expertise.

It’s a great fit for Model Builders who want to grow their expertise and evolve into a Solution Architect role over time.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of live Anaplan models, supporting day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver enhancements and solve issues across a range of supply chain planning use cases.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering the signature Bluecrux experience—warm, trusted, and deeply collaborative.
  • Collaborate with expert colleagues to ensure solutions are both technically robust and aligned with client goals.
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution—making the complex feel simple and valuable.

    • About you

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder, ideally with 1–2 years of hands-on model building experience.
  • Strong interest in growing toward Solution Architect certification.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally involving planning tools or system support.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
  • Enthusiastic about learning more about supply chain planning processes.
  • Proactive and adaptable—able to juggle multiple priorities and adjust as client needs evolve.
  • A clear and professional communicator with strong listening skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Open to international travel and working in a hybrid model (Barcelona-based).
