Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire front desk area and gift shop and co-responsible for housekeeping department
- Organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
- Coordinating and supervising general administrative tasks for all departments
- Responsible for cost, revenue, and inventory administration
- Handling and resolving travelers’ concerns
Skills / Qualifications
Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferredMinimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on cruise ship or in a 4or 5hotelPrevious F&B experiencePrevious administration experience or Front of the HouseCruise ship experience is a plusEuropean passport holderProven leadership abilities and excellent communication skillsStrong organizational and computer skillsFluency in EnglishHands On mentalityEye for quality and excellenceWhat we offer
