Main Responsibilities :

• A strong track record in digital forensic test gained across several successful ASIC projects.
• Expertise in digital forensic test including architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development and verification.
• Knowledge about industrial standards and practices in digital forensic test, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
• A solid understanding of RTL design and verification is beneficial.
• Experience working on IP and SOC projects is advantageous.
