Job Opportunity

This is a dynamic position as an SAP HCM Project Manager where you will be leading projects through their lifecycle, analyzing and planning HR and payroll processes, coordinating teams and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

• Lead projects from design to post-implementation support
• Analyze and plan HR and payroll processes
• Manage resources, schedules and reporting
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and ensure effective communication
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal structuring and client presentations

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing SAP HCM projects and proven experience leading international project teams. They should also possess solid knowledge of SAP HR / Payroll processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our SAP HCM projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading these projects from design to post-implementation support, while ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

A key part of this role will involve analyzing and planning HR and payroll processes, as well as managing resources, schedules and reporting. Additionally, the candidate will need to coordinate onshore and offshore teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
