✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 5+ years of software development experience. At least 2 years of experience

as a

Tech Lead . Main stack :

Python. Node.js :

experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute. Hands-on experience with

MongoDB

and

NoSQL databases . Fluent in English and native in Spanish. Experience with other backend technologies such as

• .NET

or

Java

is a strong plus.

Lead and mentor a team of developers working with

Node.js . Design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. Make key technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Maintain high standards in code quality, processes, and delivery timelines.
