The BI Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, ETL processes, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain
- BI dashboards and reports
- to visualize business insights.
- Work with large datasets in
- AWS Data Lake, Redshift, and other AWS data services
- Optimize
- ETL processes
- using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Develop and maintain
- SQL queries
- for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within AWS environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Redshift clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement
- data governance best practices
- to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards.
- Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience
- in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in
- SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
- for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with
- AWS Redshift, AWS Data Lake, Glue, Athena, and related AWS services
- Strong experience in data visualization tools such as
- Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
- Knowledge of
- ETL tools and processes
- within AWS environments.
- Experience in
- performance tuning and optimization
- for AWS Redshift and large-scale data warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- AWS certifications (e.g.,
- AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect
- ).
- Experience with
- data lake architecture and data cataloging tools
- Familiarity with
- machine learning or predictive analytics
- within AWS.
- Experience with version control and CI / CD practices for data pipelines.
