Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Proven expertise in Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , and PowerShell scripting. Strong understanding of data modeling, business process automation, and application lifecycle management. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Power Apps Power Automate Power BI PowerShell Microsoft Dataverse (preferred) Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
- Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance platform integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in solution development and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
