Overview Application Operations Manager (Madrid) – Hybrid

Role Description : Application Operations Manager (+6 years of experience).

We are looking for top talent to join our Global Accounts team as the Application Operations Manager for the banks electronic document management and Client Lifecycle Management system. You will be the right hand of the ITSO and AR of the mentioned applications and responsible for running and maintaining the IT solution in an agile environment.

Responsibilities Responsible for Problem & Incident Management, DB development (PL / SQL, SQL, Oracle)

Define requirements for solution operation (performance, capacity, availability, disaster recovery)

Define and manage service operation and Service Level Agreements (internal and towards third-party service providers)

Provide Go / No Go recommendations for IT Service Changes (Deployment) from IT Service Operation

Act as gatekeeper for changes in the IT Service based on UAT and ORT

Coordinate with Release Manager on deployments into UAT and production environments

Align with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and operation

What we expect from you / Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a Linux environment

Fluent in English (C1-C2)

Experience maintaining and operating an IT Service / Solution, preferably with a MOTS product; 3rd and 2nd Level support

Experience with database development (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)

Experience operating standard software (lifecycle, parameterization, and further development)

Understanding of JAVA tech stack (Appway experience is a plus)

Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint

Banking knowledge in client partner data management (CRM),
