Descripción del trabajoProven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on enterprise-scale programmes. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience); Expertise in Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, and data management best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Salesforce certifications (e.G., Application / System Architect, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) are preferred. The opportunity to drive high-impact Salesforce programmes in a global organisation. Remote-first role with the flexibility to work anywhere in Europe (hybrid options available). Exposure to cutting edge Salesforce solutions in a complex, international telecoms environment. About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our global telecommunications client. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide.
Remote / Hybrid role across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Core Clouds and additional platforms (e.G., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service).
- Define integration strategies, security frameworks, and data models that ensure performance and scalability.
- Translate business requirements into robust, future-ready Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, setting best practices, conducting code / design reviews, and mentoring colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
