We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead to coordinate remote software development teams across Spain . This position is ideal for a hands-on project manager who loves empowering teams , fostering collaboration, and driving continuous delivery in a remote-friendly environment.

📢 Key Responsibilities ✅

🔎 Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, promoting agile principles and team autonomy.

🔎 Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

🔎 Identify and remove blockers while driving continuous improvement in workflows and tools.

🔎 Partner with product managers and solution architects to align technical delivery with business goals.

📢 Requirements ✅

💡 4+ years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.

💡 Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus.

💡 Skilled in Jira, Confluence, or similar agile collaboration tools.

💡 Excellent communicator with strong English proficiency.

💡 Based in Spain, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to Barcelona or Madrid.
