Are you ready to lead a team of talented automation engineers and drive innovation in process automation We are seeking an Automation Group Manager to join our dynamic division and perform the below tasks :
Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers fostering professional growth and excellenceOversee automation projects from concept to completion ensuring compliance with customer requirements GEA standards and industry best practicesCollaborate closely with clients negotiating project scope and timelines to deliver outstanding resultsProvide expert guidance to sales and project teams including project estimations and technical supportEnsure all automation quotations and project executions meet our high standards for quality budget and deadlinesDrive optimization of engineering tools methods and project execution processesProactively assess and mitigate risks throughout project lifecyclesMake key decisions on product customization during project executionYour Profile / Qualifications
Masters degree in Automation EngineeringProfessional certification in Project Management (PMP; Prince2 etc.)Minimum 5 years proven experience in Automation / Electrical rolesExtensive background in project execution and managementLeadership experience : skilled in guiding and mentoring teamsLanguages : English (B2 / C1) ; French Portuguese or German are highly valuableStrategic planning and organizational skillsResults-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality excellenceCustomer-centric approach (internal and external)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWe offer :
