This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize paid search campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions for global brands. You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative execution to elevate digital performance and deliver tangible business results.

What the Role Entails

You will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other major platforms.

Your responsibilities include keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and continuous testing to improve ROI.

You’ll analyze campaign data, extract insights, and prepare actionable reports for internal and client teams.

Working closely with content and creative specialists, you’ll ensure paid search aligns seamlessly with brand strategy and broader marketing objectives.

Staying current with platform updates, search trends, and automation tools will be key to your success.

Who Texonica Alliance Is Looking For

You have 2–4 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within digital agencies or e-commerce.

You are proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword planning tools, with a strong grasp of campaign structure and optimization techniques.

You’re data-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating performance metrics into actionable strategies.

Google Ads certification is highly valued. A proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude are essential in our fast-moving environment.
