Your main objectives as a Business Developer

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration in Spain through the effective management and development of indirect sales. This involves working with resellers, integrators, and other partners to expand the company's reach and sales capabilities within Spain.

As a Business Developer, you will :

  • Develop and execute indirect sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in Spain.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage new partners (SaaS resellers and integrators) to expand our sales network.
  • Train and support partners to ensure they understand and can effectively sell our software solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with partners by monitoring and analyzing their performance and proposing action plans to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to provide partners with the necessary resources and support to ensure they understand and can effectively sell our software solutions.

About you :

  • Proven experience in developing sales within the SaaS industry, either directly or through an indirect sales engine with partners.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's goals to drive growth in Spain.
  • Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, especially in an indirect sales model. Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective partner management.
  • Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, with excellent interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and foster collaboration.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively convey information to partners and internal teams. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
