Backend Engineer

One of our partners, a leading international tech company in the eCommerce sector, is looking for Backend Engineers to join their growing team in Barcelona.

We are open to candidates with strong experience in PHP who are eager to transition into Golang, as well as developers already working with Go who want to deepen their expertise in a technically challenging and collaborative environment.

Work closely with QA to ensure the quality and stability of new features.

Continuously refactor and optimize code for performance and maintainability.

Monitor and improve the stability and performance of production systems.

Solid experience as a Backend Developer with PHP (ideally Symfony) and / or Golang.

Eagerness to learn Go if you come from a PHP background.

Familiarity with AWS (S3, SNS, SQS) is a plus.

Strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Hybrid work model with 4 days onsite at our Poblenou, Barcelona office.

Option to work up to 10 days / year remotely from another EU country.
