What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to contribute for a project with one of our global customers in the banking field.

Your day to day

Formulate concepts, define system scope and technical objectives based on user needs, and translate them into detailed technical specifications (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories).

Analyze existing mainframe systems (input / output, information flow, hardware / software requirements) and support the design of new or modified application components.

Interface with business and IT teams to understand requirements, facilitate communication between mainframe and Java developers, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Write or revise program documentation, technical specifications, and user guides in accordance with standards.

Collaborate with QA teams, support testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT, regression), debug and resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing maintenance support for the developed solutions.

Drive or support initiatives to integrate mainframe systems with distributed / cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures using Java APIs and related technologies.

Coordinate and review the technical assessments of IT systems and processes to identify potential risks. Submit recommendations to mitigate any risks identified and ensure controls that they are implemented.
