Overview This role leads strategic partnerships in Italy, handling partner acquisition as an individual contributor and managing one Strategic Partnership Executive in charge of account management. The Strategic Partnership team builds and expands a network of partnerships with real estate and bank players that refer customers to papernest, enabling our distribution network. Responsibilities
1. Leading and executing the sales strategy
Define objectives for the team Mentor the team and assist on deal closings (acquisition or upsells) and account strategy to drive results Close the biggest accounts as an individual contributor
2. Business unit steering
Run performance analysis to inform decisions (recruitments, etc.); own P&L in Italy from revenue to margin generation Report performance to the Head of Partnerships; lead quarterly business reviews Conduct analyses including problem-solving investigations (root cause) and market sizing Identify growth levers in the market (expanding the offering; refining the go-to-market strategy)
3. Team management
Recruit, coach and develop a team; currently one FTE, with potential to grow to >
5 Requirements : 3 yrs in strategy consulting or 5 yrs in enterprise sales (management position); strong decision-making and relationship-building skills; desire to grow within the organization
