What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled

PowerBI Developer

with experience as a Data Analyst with data visualization tools such as

PowerBI

Your day-to-day will focus on :

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and inform business decisions. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and workflows. Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Develop and maintain regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the data analysis workflow. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and BI. Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

Why would we like to meet you?

We'd love to meet you if :

Fluent English (B2 minimum) Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL and Excel. Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Polars, etc.) – at least some knowledge is required, expertise is optional Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (They are not expected to setup DWH etc. but they should know these architectures.) Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Synapse. (They are not expected to setup data storage, data pools etc, but to know how Synapse works and to utilize it, interact with it) Proven track record of delivering accurate and actionable data insights. Experience working on BI projects is highly desirable.

We value knowledge in :

Familiarity with ETL processes and data engineering concepts Knowledge of Delta Lake and DataVault 2.0.
