Do you have proven experience driving Change Management initiatives within the Energy sector? Are you comfortable working with critical IT applications such as EMS, SCADA, or Renewable Asset Management systems? If so, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven Change Expertise

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Change Management , using recognized methodologies (PROSCI / ADKAR certification is a strong plus).

  • Industry Knowledge (Mandatory)
  • Direct experience in the Energy / Utilities sector, specifically with IT applications related to :

    Renewable Energy Asset Management (Wind / PV)

    Energy Management Systems (EMS) or SCADA

    Integration with Electricity / Power Markets (e.g., trading, scheduling, balancing in UK or European markets)

  • Technical Acumen
  • Ability to understand complex IT architectures and translate technical details into clear, business-focused change narratives.

  • Communication Excellence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or equivalent fluency required to collaborate with a British client).

  • Soft Skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

  • Project Management
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

    ✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

    Experience in IT consulting or client-facing roles.

    Understanding of UK electricity market rules and regulations (ESO / National Grid).

    Relevant academic background (Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, IT, Engineering, etc.).

    Key Responsibilities

    Define and execute the Change Management strategy for IT and energy-related initiatives.

    Manage key stakeholders across IT, Operations, Trading, and Executive teams.

    Deliver clear, targeted communications around system and process changes.

    Coordinate training and readiness activities to ensure user adoption.

    Assess impacts on roles, processes, and ways of working.

    Identify and mitigate resistance to change.

    Track adoption and readiness metrics to measure change effectiveness.
