We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Data Analytics Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing and analytics. You’ll work closely with both our Marketing and Development teams—helping build and optimize our marketing performance stack, turning data into actionable insights, and supporting business decisions across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and manage tracking, tagging, and analytics (GA4, GTM, HubSpot events) to ensure high-quality marketing data.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to business leaders.
• Analyze marketing, website, and application data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to answer ad-hoc data questions and support decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth
