Tech Team

We power the ingestion, processing, and delivery of data for our customers. As we scale, new challenges arise—here’s where you come in :

Build seamless user interfaces for secure credential storage (UI / UX is key!).

Handle sensitive financial data with performance, compliance, and traceability in mind.

Scale our ingestion system to fetch more data, faster.

Mentor and grow the team , ensuring alignment and consistency as we expand.

About the role

This is a general role (80% frontend- 20% backend). This does not mean we expect you to know absolutely everything. You will have your areas of expertise and things you’ll like more than others. However, you will be exposed (and sometimes deeply working) on all layers of the stack : from the front-end to our APIs and databases

As a senior, you will help and support other members of the team. You are expected to take a leading role in new initiatives and to need a minimal amount of supervision and support. You will still be an individual contributor, but you’ll also need planning and communication skills way beyond just “doing your work” : You will have agency and accountability.

Not only that, but you will have a voice in the way we shape the future of technology at Flanks.

We offer what we think is fair compensation.We're not on the very top of the market, but our intention is to increase compensation as you grow with the company. You will not be left behind. We believe this is a really nice time to join the project as we'll experience some serious growth and changes during this year.
