Descripción del trabajoTalent Acquisition Partner Eterlast is a Web3 company that builds web3 games and experiences for Sports and Entertainment brands through IP acquisition.Our mission is simple, to build the bridge for global sport and media communities to adopt web3.We are headquartered in London, UK, but with its heart in Barcelona, Spain. Eterlast designs and develops web3 games and experiences that are focused on creating utility and value, enabling our users to collect, enjoy, and access unique experiences.We are backed by leading venture capital studios and investors and are in discussions with the world’s largest media companies and sporting IP owners to bring their content to web3. The Role We are looking for a passionate Talent Partner, a confident and hardworking recruiter to bring lots of fresh ideas to this role. This hybrid opportunity is focused on recruitment for our Spain office, where we are building and optimising our recruitment processes and finding innovative ways to attract high performing talent across all our departments.As a Talent Partner you will work with our Head of Talent and People to design and innovate hiring practices which you will have full ownership over. What you’ll do Focus on recruitment for our Spain office (We also have a London office and allow 100% remote working which you will also oversee but Spain is a starting priority) across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing and Operations.- Have a high focus on sourcing for profiles across various online channels and converting a high % of your outreaches- Build and engage a pipeline of talented individuals relevant to eterlast to ensure we are always ahead of our hiring plans. You could treat this as your own Talent community project.- Conduct screening calls and psychometric assessments for all positions ensuring they fit our internal hiring ethos.- Own the relationship with hiring managers in partnership with the Head of Talent and People. Your profile Experience in recruiting, preferably within Engineering and Product first teams- A passion and interest in Web3, particularly Gaming and NFTs is a bonus- Self-driven working style and a dynamic communication style, including strong verbal and writing skills with high attention to detail- Can-do mentality to achieve the best results. You see problems as a good thing and figure out a way to make it work.- Be data oriented, to help measure progress and impact- Fluency in English
