JOB PURPOSE . Working with the PR Manager and the Head Office global communications function, the PR Executive manages all national PR and non-marketing communication for MSC Cruises Spain to increase brand awareness among consumers and trade partners.

Responsibilities Develop and deliver a yearly strategic consumer and trade media relations PR plan, encompassing local and global initiatives.

Act as a point of contact for all print, online, and broadcast media.

Adapt and localize global media relations materials for local media outlets.

Support local and global events, including press trips, press conferences, and christenings, to maximize communication impact in Spain.

Manage reactive media requests and identify proactive media opportunities aligned with business goals.

Research and analyze competitors\' communication strategies in Spain.

Coordinate internal communications, acting as the main contact and content provider for employee engagement initiatives in Spain.

Qualifications BA degree required.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house PR.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with English being mandatory.

Proven track record in planning and executing consumer campaigns for high-profile brands.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Independent, proactive, results-oriented media relations professional.

Existing relationships with consumer media are essential; experience in travel / hospitality is a plus.

Flexible, team-oriented, and able to inspire peers with a positive attitude.

Ability to prioritize efforts and manage resources effectively.
