MBA in Marketing and IT, B. Tech in Computer Science, Certified in DAMA – CDMP and SAFe 6 Agilist

Data Visions & Strategies, Data & AI Driven Strategy and Transformation, Data Management / Curation, Business case analysis, Process & Change management, Enterprise-wide implementation, Engagement Management, Stakeholder Management

Relevant Experience :

Define data architecture standards and establish best practices for data management. Research and suggest new tools / methods to improve data ingestion, storage, and access. Develop and implement an organizational data strategy aligned with business processes, including data model designs, database standards, and data warehouse management. Coordinate with business units to understand analytics requirements, design data ingestion processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Lead a team of data engineers and DBAs, oversee migration from legacy systems to AWS cloud solutions, and plan and execute cloud solutions using AWS and Snowflake. Ensure data accessibility, accuracy, security, and conduct continuous audits to refine data management systems and report breaches or loopholes to stakeholders.
