Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker (P)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every interaction counts? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and be the voice of our brand to boutiques and shops across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
  • Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch with an advanced level of English.
  • Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills.
  • Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, and MS Office applications.
