As a
Technical Project Manager
, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product / engineering teams. Client Onboarding & Needs Analysis Analyse client requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks and configurations. Investigate and resolve issues using
Python
Postman
, and
SQL —from validating API calls to checking data consistency. Project & Team Coordination Manage and coordinate a small internal team (2–3 people), assigning tasks and ensuring delivery quality. Support our international growth by managing onboarding and support processes in
English
(you will work with international clients daily). ~ Experience in EnergyTech, utilities, billing, or complex data products. Knowledge of backend concepts, microservices, cloud infrastructure, or QA methodologies. Familiarity with ticketing, documentation, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion). Additional EU languages (Italian, French, German) to be positively considered.
