Overview
Information Security GRC Platform Service Owner (m / f / d) at Liebherr Group. We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward to new colleagues joining our team.
Responsibilities
- GRC platform and applications design and deployment : Capture, analyze and implement requirements from corporate information security product and service owners, internal audit, ERM, and other stakeholders. Create and maintain documentation including : user stories, workflow and assessment forms, GRC user notifications, user training process and implemented features. Deliver testing and reporting, and communication to enable deployment of GRC applications.
- GRC platform ownership, operations, and feature delivery : Own and manage with the support of an external managed service and GRC cloud provider the end-to-end lifecycle of the GRC platform, system administration including data feeds, alerts monitoring, user access, upgrades, security patching, and maintenance. Manage platform roadmap and backlog in alignment with corporate information security and other product and service owners. Coordinate new features testing and release across affected stakeholder groups.
- Platform Integration and interoperability : Enable data and workflow integration with other platforms and tools e.g. ITSM, HR, enterprise architecture and coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ongoing interface compatibility, updates, and resolution of integration-related incidents.
- Stakeholder enablement and support : Onboard, train and support all GRC application users. Monitor adoption levels and gather and implemented user feedback for GRC platform and applications improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field4+ years delivering GRC platforms as a service in an enterprise environmentCourses and certificates in design and deployment of GRC technologiesEnglish is a Must, German and French are a plusDemonstrated experience in product ownership and service delivery using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering GRC platforms in iterative and value-driven incrementsLocation & Working Model
Location : Madrid city centre, Spain. Working arrangement : hybrid model; flexibly from home-office while office setup is finalized, onsite presence required once office is ready.
