Job Description

A Senior Software Engineer ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems while actively contributing with code, configurations, and coordinating a delivery team. The role involves ownership of the full source code, maintaining and improving system reliability through automation, monitoring, and incident response.

Take ownership of every line of code, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.

Actively participate in coding.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

Technical Skills :

Proven experience in web application projects over several years.

Hands-on experience with Java-based content management systems (CMS).

Strong understanding of OWASP Top10 and web security standards.

Experience with object-oriented programming, preferably Java.

Knowledge of SDLC, CI, CD, and TDD.

Experience with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions in agile environments.

Experience implementing security protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth, SAML, etc.).

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

Solution-oriented with a consulting mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Effective interaction with technical and non-technical teams, including vendors and subject matter experts.

Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience working in distributed teams.

Open-minded, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with problem-solving skills.
