✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 10+ years in PMO, governance, or strategic transformation roles within multinational environments.
- Proven track record in team / scope integration (M&A, new market entries, digital transformation).
- Hands‑on experience designing governance frameworks (KPIs, reporting, committees).
- Expertise in cloud platforms : Azure (mandatory), AWS / GCP (preferred).
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools for governance workflows.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint / Excel for executive‑level reporting.
- Fluent French and native / bilingual English & Spanish for cross‑team coordination.
- Strategic thinker with ability to operate at C‑suite level .
- Proven success in aligning fragmented teams under common goals.
- Transformation mindset : passion for change management and process innovation .
- Based in Spain , available to start within 4 weeks .
