Responsibilities

We are looking for a RESERVATION OPERATOR for our hotels. This position requires native Scandinavian language skills ( SWEDISH, DANISH, NORWEGIAN ), as well as a good command of English.

Your main duties will be :

• Customer service by telephone
• Reservations
• Customer enquiries
• Administrative tasks
