The Area Manager will be responsible of overseeing the performance of mid and small-size API client partners .
The team members with roles of TAM will be reporting to the Area Manager providing active support and contributing as a mentor to develop team skills.
The Area Manager will balance workload and assign portfolios to team members, and provide active support to Area Sales managers in developing successful tandems.
Ensure the achievement of the company’s staffing needs by directing and controlling the recruitment of employees.
Team upskilling, mentoring and coaching in business and soft skills.
Perform weekly 1x1s reviewing performance, project status, plans, portfolios and targets pace.
Project Management experience in the Tech space preferably
Agile Methodology experience
Fluent English
Effective Time Management and prioritization
Development Projects Implementation experience highly desirable
Knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, and similar technologies
Experience working with Databases & SQL
Understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application life cycle.
Experience / knowledge building or integrating management and continuous integration tools
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering or similar (highly desirable)
