Media / Social Media Expert

Overview NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

• Responsibilities strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;

inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert Media / Social Media Expert (Host Country)

Qualifications and Skills Master’s in communication / law / politics / IR or 5+ years relevant experience.

General experience Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in election-related or communication fields.

Specific experience Expertise in freedom of expression, online rights.

Experience in media monitoring during elections.
