Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with automation and configuration management tools.

Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines.

Soft Skills :

Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Ability to work under pressure during incidents.

Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.

Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities :

Manage and resolve complex incidents.

Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.

Automate routine tasks and processes.

Participate in on-call rotations.

Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
