We are one the most ambitious and successful new start-up for digital recruitment in Barcelona. After a first successful year implementing our activity in the Spanish and French market, we are looking for a Talented, engaged, and motivated new Teammates!

You will thrive in a recently created company and ambiguous environment, love young and dynamic culture, and adapt to the changing needs of the business.

what you will do :

keeping up to date with technological market research and applying new tools

Participation in Email Marketing Strategies ( Project feedback, newsletter...)

Assisting in the performance and creation of content for different social networks

You will participate in Talent-r's social media strategy : twitter, linkedin and instagram to spread the content as well as to increase the audience and the number of impressions of each post.

You will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops that will help you acquire new skills and knowledge in the field of marketing.

collaborate in the presentation of new projects and campaigns to give visibility to the company.

You will learn and apply search engine optimization techniques to improve visibility and traffic to our digital channels.

Support in planning and organizing events (networking, webinars, workshops, job fairs).

Involvement in performance reporting and follow-up actions after events.

Bringing ideas to marketing campaigns - I'm sure you have some great ideas!

Requirements :

Knowledge in Marketing and Communications

An open-minded and sociable person eager to participate in a challenging project by being rigorous and not giving up easily

willingness to learn and add value

Fluent in Spanish and English

Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities

Creative mind-set

Analytics Skills

Office automation digital tools

Good team player, able to work in multi-functional projects.

(Excel and Power Point high level)

Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop will be highly valued.
