Qualifications
Languages : Bilingual in Spanish, Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships and connect with a diverse range of individuals.
Self-Motivation : Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Technical Aptitude : Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
