In Fundación Cibervoluntarios, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager / Space Coordinator to lead the search and management of classrooms available across Spain for rental in Madrid. You will be responsible for locating, negotiating, and managing the spaces necessary for our technology and digital skills training programs. From searching for locations to supervising their operation, you will be key to ensuring the success of our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Search and Management of Spaces : Identify available classrooms nationwide, evaluating their suitability based on specific training needs (size, equipment, location, accessibility, etc.).
- Negotiation and Contracts : Negotiate rental conditions and agreements with space providers, ensuring favorable terms aligned with the Foundation's goals.
- Equipment Supervision : Ensure selected classrooms have the necessary resources for training (computers, internet connection, suitable furniture).
- Permits and Administrative Procedures : Manage any administrative procedures, permits, or authorizations needed for space usage.
- Post-Use Follow-up : Evaluate the performance of used spaces and propose improvements or renegotiations if necessary. Keep an updated record of partner spaces.
- Relationship with Providers : Build and maintain relationships with institutions, companies, and providers of educational spaces to facilitate future collaborations.
Education : Degree in Administration, Resource Management, Education, or related fields. Specific training in space management or logistics is a plus.
Experience : At least 2 years in classroom management, educational spaces, or similar tasks.
Languages : Fluent Spanish. English is a plus.
