Responsibilities Drive and implement SRE best practices to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

Develop and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools

Manage and evolve Kubernetes infrastructure for high-load, microservice-based systems

Use Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and maintenance of both existing and new servers

Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines in GitLab CI across multiple projects

Use Terraform / Terragrunt and Helm to automate infrastructure and application deployments

Set up and manage GitOps with ArgoCD

Apply basic networking knowledge (including iptables) for system security and traffic control

Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and stable operations

Qualifications Proven experience with Kubernetes (advanced level)

Solid understanding of SRE principles and incident management

Strong hands-on experience with Grafana & Prometheus

Proficiency in working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience with Ansible, Helm, and Terraform / Terragrunt

Familiarity with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows

Good knowledge of network fundamentals and tools like iptables

Nice to have Experience with Elasticsearch, Ceph, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies

Knowledge of service meshes, security in Kubernetes, and container scanning tools
