What You'll Be Doing
Provide expert technical support for Java-based applications, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with clients to reproduce reported issues using Java / Spring Boot.
Utilize knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and build automation tools (Maven / Gradle) to assist customers and optimize development processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain documentation to empower customers and enhance internal knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
Ability and / or willingness to use our product.
5+ years of technical support experience with Java / J2EE expertise.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Java / Spring-based applications.
Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and ability to write SQL queries.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, REST web services, and Elasticsearch.
Strong ability to understand complex technical issues and empathize with customers.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt to customer styles and de-escalate situations.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
Experience providing customer support in a SaaS environment.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana.
Familiarity with business process management (BPM) principles.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash includes base salary plus target variable, with offers based on skills, experience, and location.
United States : $97,300 to $160,500
Germany : €62,900 to €104,000
United Kingdom : £61,100 to £100,500
Singapore : S$120,800 to S$181,200
