Descripción del trabajoDefine prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area; Contactclients and schedule prospecting meetings; Presentthe Affinity portfolio to prospects; Manage and follow up on client accounts; Follow up with candidates and support interviews; Lead the IT Consultants team; Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants. #Affinity – Build genuine relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates. #Ambition – Strive to do more and better, constantly evolving. #Action – Have the energy and initiative to make things happen. #Apprenticeship – Grow individually and collectively in the technology market. #Assertiveness – Communicate and decide with clarity, confidence, and determination. What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields;
- Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector;
- Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area;
- Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued);
- Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory);
- Availability to work remotely from Spain.
