Head Of Research - Brand And Market

We are looking for a Head of Research - Brand and Market to join our Customer Insights & Strategy team at Superbet. In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive our market and brand research agenda, leading high-impact marketing research initiatives. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key partner to marketing, product, commercial, and executive teams, you will develop research strategies that align customer needs with business objectives. Your insights will shape brand positioning, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and our innovation pipeline, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape. We're looking for someone with :

• 10+ years of experience in market and brand research, with a strong ability to establish and lead research functions.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including segmentation, brand tracking, and market analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics and research tools such as Qualtrics, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into research initiatives that inform marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Preferred experience in the online gambling, gaming, or entertainment industry.
