Senior Enterprise Power BI Developer

We are looking for the Senior Enterprise Power BI Developer to join the team of one of our key clients : a German multinational in the industrial sector, specialized in advanced urban mobility solutions and intelligent elevator systems.

This role is critical to the development of enterprise-grade reports and semantic models based on the Common Data Platform. You will help define best practices, streamline development processes, and contribute to mission-critical reporting solutions within a motivated, global team. Occasionally you travel to Germany to participate in on-site workshops and team sessions (approximately 4 days every 4-week sprint).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and semantic models aligned with Common Data Platform standards.
• Build efficient data models (star and snowflake schemas) for scalable and high-performance reporting.
• Define and enforce development best practices including CI / CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Manage and optimize Power BI Premium / Fabric environments, ensuring governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Use advanced tools like Tabular Editor and TMSL / TMDL for model lifecycle management.
• Optimize performance and support architectural discussions, including adoption of modern data patterns (e.g., Medallion).
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
