Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations and Customer Services Representative located in Malaga. The role involves handling reservations, providing customer service support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• MUST reside in the city of Malaga

One week you will work 4 days (between Monday and Friday) and the next week 5 days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat and Sun). You will work one late shift per week from 12 : 30 - 21 : 00 and doing late check-ins with extra income.
