Maintain and operate databases in the cloud

Monitor database performance, clusters, and operators within cloud services

Support customers and internal teams with performance issues, troubleshooting, and analysis

Develop and improve monitoring solutions

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with MongoDB administration

Completed IT training or equivalent professional background

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

Ideal knowledge of Kubernetes, operators, and version control systems

Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
