About the Role
Join our team in Barcelona as an Ads Onboarding Account Manager and help new clients launch high‑performing PPC campaigns that drive real results. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—onboarding businesses, shaping strategy, and guiding them toward success with Google Ads.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new advertising clients.
- Design and optimize impactful, results‑driven Ads campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to promote services and boost campaign performance.
- Understand client goals and tailor digital marketing solutions to their needs.
- Increase ad spend through strategic upselling and relationship management.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Handle a high daily volume of potential clients confidently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Education : BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications a plus)Languages : Native or C2‑level German + fluent EnglishExperience : 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client‑facingProven record of working independently and driving measurable resultsStrong communication and presentation skillsSkilled at managing customer relationships and using CRM tools effectivelyComfortable using AI tools to personalize outreach and interpret insightsBusiness‑minded with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitionGoal‑oriented, proactive, and confident in decision‑makingSpecialized Knowledge for the German Market : Deep understanding of German business culture and market dynamicsStrategic thinker able to identify growth opportunitiesStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsSkilled in managing multiple stakeholders and complex customer structuresKnowledge of local regulations (especially GDPR) and data privacy best practicesAbility to discuss ROI, integrations, and positioning of Ads in the broader marketing ecosystemNice‑to‑Have Skills
