We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Advisor to join our team, preferably in Spain, but we are open to remote work from other European countries.
In this challenging role, you will delve deep into Vistex solution enhancements and quickly become an expert. You will support Vistex\'s own sales and, as part of the pre-sales team, form an interface between development, sales, consulting and customers.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary contact for key customers on all solution-related engagements.
- Coordinating and tracking customer-facing activities, including demo sessions, content preparation, agenda setting, and follow-ups.
- Leading and delivering persuasive solution presentations to customers, focusing on business value and strategic impact.
- Independently managing tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and contributing proactively to project and sales success.
- Attending and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer summits, presenting solutions confidently.
- Collaborating closely with sales and consulting teams throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Serving as a key technical advisor in the pre-sales process by showcasing product capabilities through robust, realistic demonstrations.
- Providing solution expertise and supporting the full sales cycle in collaboration with sales and consulting teams.
- Presenting Vistex solutions at industry trade shows, customer events, and other marketing platforms.
- Clearly articulating solution architecture and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Crafting compelling solution narratives that resonate with diverse audiences using strong storytelling and communication techniques.

Qualifications
Experience
Required : 8 years minimum – Minimum of 8 years of proven experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients on solution advisory or pre-sales engagements, with strong business understanding and technical knowledge. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in both written and spoken formats. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customers, identify business needs, and articulate relevant solutions.6-8 years : Experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting is highly advantageous. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and industry engagements.Preferred
