Currently we seek to enhance our Strategy & Innovation team in Madridthrough the addition of a Manager to participate and lead projects at both national and international levels.

Your responsibilities :

• We want you to play a key role in the projects by leading the day to day execution while supporting and developing individual team members taking the overall responsibility of the project execution and its end products.
• Guided and backed by our leadership team you will make an important contribution to the analysis design and implementation of actionable and tailor-made solutions for our clients working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
• You will have the opportunity to become a true leader leveraging your interests in inspiring others. With a collaborative team setting we expect you to be able to work and with others but also autonomously by following key strategic directions. With an expected proven analytical quantitative and conceptual thinking and communication skills you will ensure the successful completion of the projects and team performance.
• Our type of projects combine different phases where you will be expected to gather and analyse large volumes of mixed information from which to formulate and test hypotheses and assumptions as well as building and developing recommendations for our clients to be implemented with a critical and strategic mindset.
