Test Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to collaborate with cross-functional teams of software developers, subject matter experts, and solutions architects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in software testing, hands-on knowledge of Playwright, and practical experience in agile methodologies.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills as well as expertise in one or more software testing methodologies. Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring QA team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques while fostering continuous learning and improvement.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on test planning and execution, perform comprehensive regression testing when resolving bugs, support and guide test case creation, and define test policy and manage related support processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Hands-on knowledge of Playwright testing framework
• Practical experience in agile methodologies
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer)
• Familiarity with other automated testing tools
