Engineering Manager for Fintech

We're managing a role for an a well-founded (Series B) Fintech & Security company that helps banks and financial institutions with Digital Identity technology (Leader in their sector).

This is a strategic position, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Barcelona office, working directly with the Amsterdam office at a strategic level and managing the team in Barcelona (referent in Spain).

Be able to drive the software engineering team's best practices

~2x Agile teams in BCN (6-12 people)

~ 8+ years in software product engineering

~3+ years as a software engineering leader / manager

~ Excellent knowledge of modern web application development ( Azure, .NET & React is a plus)

~ Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

~ Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 / C2)
