We are looking for a Channel Sales

The position is focused on maintaining and developing distributors within non-video product families. The candidate should have a technical-commercial profile, not only to properly represent the brand but also to ensure the achievement of the established commercial objectives.

Location : Barcelona or Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributors and strategic partners within the technology sector.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, margins, and rebates.
• Oversee compliance with sales targets, coverage, and required services.
• Design and implement specific channel strategies.
• Plan individual or joint actions in collaboration with Marketing.
• Identify growth opportunities based on each account’s activity.
• Coordinate technical and commercial training sessions.
• Ensure proper communication of new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor and manage inventory reviews and forecasts.
• Analyze channel performance metrics (sell-in / sell-out / ROI).
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to the commercial department.
• Keep sell-out reports updated.
