Overview Java Software Engineer - eDO Transport - (Hybrid) at eDreams ODIGEO. Location : Barcelona, Madrid. Join to apply for the Java Software Engineer role to help customers reach their destination by finding the best travel deals, combining more than 700 airlines and 100,000 flights worldwide every day to offer millions of combinations in real time of different products, like flights, trains and hotels.

What you will do Build and evolve our Flights Search / Booking / PostBooking Domain microservices platform, powering more than 2.5 billion searches every month and providing the best airline offers in more than 40 countries.

Work in a tech-driven environment with cutting-edge technologies and fast feedback cycles.

Learn and work with technologies including Java 11, BigData (Kafka, Cassandra, BigTable, Redis, Neo4j), machine learning, and DataMesh in a continuous delivery and cloud-based environment (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP).

Operate with clear objectives and understand how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.

Responsibilities Proficient coding with Java or other OO languages; focus on skills over framework experience.
