User Acquisition Specialist

We are currently managing a User Acquisition Specialist (app) role for an international tech company based in Madrid.

This is a strategic position within the Growth & Marketing team, focused on performance marketing, paid media and mobile growth strategies.

Responsibilities Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across leading social, search and in-app advertising platforms.

Meta, Google, TikTok and others.

Drive user growth on iOS through Apple's advertising solutions and adapt to its privacy framework.

Optimize budgets by geography, channel and audience to achieve sustainable growth.

Lead experimentation initiatives, including A / B tests on creatives, landing pages and targeting.

Develop performance dashboards, share actionable insights and ensure tracking accuracy with mobile analytics tools.

Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.

Proven knowledge of iOS media buying and experience with Apple's advertising environment.

Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of KPIs such as acquisition cost, ROI and lifetime value.

Experience with testing methodologies and data visualization platforms (e.g. BI dashboards).

Familiarity with mobile attribution and measurement frameworks, including Apple's privacy solutions.

Benefits Salary Range : up to 45 k.
